The diver in me is loving this post! I was a communications manager at an art museum where I used the Falk approach. I love how it focuses on the audiences’ motivations for visiting/engaging rather than their socioeconomic backgrounds. I did not know about some of these approaches, so thank you for introducing me to them all! And putting them all in one place :-)
