This is handy! Don't suppose you have any thoughts on devices or tools for mapping the insights that you generate? The obvious one is onto a matrix of Value vs Ease (ie, you want to be doing the easy, high value things!) but I wonder what other matrices and the like are out there...

Great question, I love a good matrix

Me and Chris Unitt have devised some good ones in our time for content strategy projects: I do like the impact vs ease one. We've also reused the matrix in this substack for specialist vs generalist // broadening vs homogenising audiences which has been quite interesting: https://culturalcontent.substack.com/p/cultural-content-articles-editorial

And then sometimes an in between on mission (on mission or not?) and audience size]

Be interested to hear about any frameworks you've come up with on your stuff, esp for getting ppl on board w climate awareness via games...
